Terms of service
These terms govern your use of barakahwellness.co and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Barakah Co. is a wellness brand based in Melbourne, Australia.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us at checkout, including your delivery address.
Our products, and what we do not claim
We sell dietary supplements and wellness products. They are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor before starting any supplement. Individual results vary. Any timeframes we describe are typical experiences, not promises about your body.
Always read the label and use only as directed.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available, and charged in the currency shown on the payment screen. Currency conversion and any fee your bank charges for an international transaction are between you and your bank.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
On your bank statement, charges appear as Barakah Wellness.
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you are authorising us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you selected, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We email you before each renewal.
You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account. Cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery date to stop that order. Full terms are in our subscription policy.
Delivery, refunds and returns
Delivery times, tracking, and what happens to a delayed or lost parcel are set out in our shipping policy. Refunds and our 60-day guarantee are set out in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where we offer more than the law requires — as our 60-day guarantee does — that is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the section above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Using the site
Everything on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Barakah Co. or is used with permission. You may not copy, resell or use it commercially without our written consent. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with it, or attempt to access it in a way we have not authorised.
Reviews and testimonials on this site are from real customers and are published with their permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
