What each status means
- Order confirmed We have your order. Packing starts the same day.
- Dispatched Your pouch is on its way and your tracking number is live. The first scan can take 2–3 days to appear — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
- In transit Moving between facilities. Long gaps between scans are routine on this leg.
- Customs clearance Standard inspection on arrival in your country. Usually a few days, occasionally longer at busy periods.
- Out for delivery With your local courier. Arriving today or tomorrow.
Not moving?
Delivery takes 12–20 business days, and tracking can sit still for several days without anything being wrong. If you are past 20 business days, or your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier. If it is genuinely lost we will replace it or refund you, your choice — you do not have to argue for it.
