Shipping policy

Shipping & delivery

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within one business day of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of order, and a second email containing your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times. Delivery takes 12–20 business days from dispatch. This window applies to all destinations. It is not an estimate we shorten to make a sale — it is the real number, and we would rather you knew it before you ordered.

Tracking. Every order ships tracked. You can follow your parcel at any time at barakahwellness.co/pages/track using the tracking number from your dispatch email. We also email you when your parcel enters transit, when it clears customs, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered.

Please note that tracking can go quiet for up to 10 business days mid-transit. Long gaps between scans are normal on international freight and do not mean your parcel is lost.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all subscription orders. One-time order shipping is calculated at checkout.

Customs and import duties. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are set by your country's authorities and are not included in what you pay us. We declare all parcels accurately.

Incorrect addresses. We ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we will reship it once at no charge. Please check your confirmation email and contact us within 24 hours if anything is wrong.

Delayed or lost parcels. If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email us at care@barakahwellness.co with your order number. We will chase the carrier on your behalf. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice. You do not need to return anything and you do not need to justify the request.

Refunds. Our refund policy applies from the date of delivery, not the date of order, so a long transit never eats into your guarantee window.
