Cancellation policy

This policy covers Barakah Co. subscription orders. It sits alongside our refund policy and shipping policy.

What you are agreeing to

When you choose a subscription at checkout, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you selected — at the price shown at checkout — until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

We email you before each renewal, so a charge is never a surprise.

Pausing, skipping and cancelling

You can pause, skip a delivery, change your delivery date, or cancel entirely from your account at any time. You do not need to email us, phone us, or sit through a retention script.

Cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery date to stop that order. If an order has already been processed when you cancel, it still ships — and it is still covered by the 60-day guarantee, so email us and we will refund it.

Pricing

Subscription pricing applies for as long as the subscription stays active. We will not change your price without telling you first. Cancelling and resubscribing later does not carry your original price over if pricing has changed in the meantime.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every subscription order. Delivery takes 12–20 business days — see the shipping policy for tracking and what happens to a delayed parcel.

Refunds

Every subscription order is covered by the same 60-day guarantee as a one-time order: 60 days from delivery, opened or not, nothing to send back.
