The label guide changed how I shop.
I went through the whole cupboard with it in one evening. Two things I'd been taking for years were not what I thought they were.

How women are actually taking it.
The first month, in her words
One scoop, one glass, done
Why she reorderedOne 10g scoop a day, stirred into anything — water, coffee, tea, porridge. It is unflavoured and dissolves clear, so it does not change what you are drinking. Take it at the same time each day; the morning is easiest to remember.
One ingredient: hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides, type I and III, from grass-fed halal-slaughtered cattle. 10g per serve, 30 serves per 300g pouch. No fillers, no sweeteners, no flavouring, no anti-caking agents, no porcine gelatin.
Free worldwide with no minimum. Orders are dispatched within one business day and delivery takes 12–20 business days. The 3-pouch tier includes priority dispatch, which moves your parcel to the front of our queue — it does not change the courier's transit time. Tracking can go quiet for up to 10 business days mid-transit; that is normal.
WHAT IT IS ACTUALLY FOR
Everyone sells collagen on what it does to your face. The tissue it rebuilds is the tissue you stand up with.
Going down loads the knee hardest — it is usually the first thing to change.
The strongest result recorded in the trial closest to our own formula.
There is almost no muscle in the hand. Grip is a tendon cable.
Type I & III rebuild the cords that hold a joint, not the padding inside it.
Certified end to end — not a halal logo somebody paid to print.
Refunded in full from the day it arrives. Nothing to send back.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Most collagens hide a short ingredient list behind a long one. Ours is short because there is nothing else in it.
THE ONLY INGREDIENTHydrolysed bovine collagen peptides, type I & IIIFrom grass-fed, halal-slaughtered cattle. Hydrolysed into short peptides so it dissolves clear and does not clump. 10g per serve.
300g pouch · 30 servings · 10g per serving.
LOVED BY THOUSANDS
From women who took the guides and stayed for the collagen.
I went through the whole cupboard with it in one evening. Two things I'd been taking for years were not what I thought they were.
I had never seen anyone write about it. Getting back up was the part I'd quietly stopped mentioning to anyone.
Took the three pouches for the free books, honestly. Stayed because it actually dissolves and tastes of nothing.
Take Barakah every morning. If it isn't for you, email care@barakahwellness.co within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund every dollar — opened pouches included. Nothing to send back, no reason required, and the frother is yours to keep.
— The Barakah Co. team
A rechargeable handheld frother in Barakah green. It ships alongside your pouches on the 2-pouch and 3-pouch tiers. Collagen dissolves with a spoon, but the frother makes it vanish in about ten seconds, which matters if you take it in tea or coffee rather than water.
On the 3-pouch tier your order moves to the front of our dispatch queue. To be straight with you: it does not change the courier's transit time. Delivery is 12–20 business days either way — priority means we pack and hand yours over first.
No. It is included at no cost on 2 pouches and above, and there is no code to enter. Pick the tier and it goes in the box.
30 daily servings at 10g per serving — a full month per pouch. So 2 pouches is two months and 3 is three.
Yes, and independently — from source to scoop. Grass-fed, halal-slaughtered bovine. No porcine ingredients, no gelatin from unclear sources, no processing aids that break certification.
Dispatched within one business day; delivery takes 12–20 business days. Shipping is free worldwide with no minimum. Tracking can go quiet for up to 10 business days mid-transit — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Email care@barakahwellness.co within 60 days of delivery and we refund in full, opened pouches included. Nothing to send back, and keep the frother.
No. One-time order, no auto-billing, no cancellation call.
I've stopped and started so many collagens because I could never get a straight answer about the gelatin. Emailed them, got the actual certificate back the next day. That alone was worth it.
Not going to sit here and say it's a miracle. But I got up off the floor after Maghrib last week without the whole hand-on-the-sofa thing and my daughter noticed before I did.

No taste which is the main thing, my husband can't tell it's in his coffee. Only reason it's 4 and not 5 is the shipping took a while. They do say on the site though.
I bite my nails when I'm stressed so they were a state. Two months and they're actually growing past my fingertips for the first time since uni.
Bought it for myself and ended up giving her one of the pouches. She's 63 and she's the one who keeps reminding me to reorder.
This is the bit nobody talks about. Getting down was never the issue, getting back up was. It's noticeably less of a production now.
Dissolves properly with no clumps at the bottom, which is my pet peeve with these. Skin I'm not sure about yet, only on week 5.

I'd basically given up on collagen. Every single one I checked was pork gelatin or 'we can't disclose the source'. Alhamdulillah for a straight answer.
Just ordering in threes now because I kept running out, and then I'd notice the difference once I'd stopped. That's my proof really.

I'm 54. I'd started sitting on a chair for salah and I really didn't want that to be permanent. I'm back on the mat.
Nothing at all for the first month and I nearly gave up on it. Around week 7 my grip on jars changed. Give it time is my advice.
Bought it for my skin, now he's putting it in his protein shake and I'm buying two at a time. Not complaining, he needs it more than me.
I read the bit about going down being harder than going up and assumed it was marketing. It isn't. That's exactly what I'd been noticing and couldn't put words to.
That's it, one. I've got a whole shelf of things with sweeteners and 'natural flavours' in them and I'm slowly replacing the lot.

Product is good, no complaints there. Took about three weeks to reach me which they do warn you about, just be aware before you order.
The bit at my temples that thinned after my second baby has filled back in. Took about four months to be fair. MashaAllah.
I'm fussy about this. I can taste collagen in everything and it makes me gag. This one is nothing, I put it in tea and can't tell.
I'm 60 and I put this off for years thinking it was a young woman's thing for their skin. It really isn't.
Nails and skin, yes. Joints I honestly can't tell because I don't have trouble there. Would still buy it again.

Asked which certifier they use and got a name and a number back, not a runaround. That's rarer than it should be.
